The Seattle Police Department (SPD) says officers witnessed an explosion inside a cargo van in Southwest Seattle.

Fire chief confirmed one person has died as a result of the explosion and fire Wednesday morning in Martins Ferry. The chief said they are not releasing any other details

A commuter’s jacket burst into flames Monday after a portable power bank he was carrying exploded on a Shanghai subway train in China, PEOPLE reports.
