Java.lang.illegalstateexception Fix

Exception java.lang.IllegalStateException: The specified child already has a parent. You must call removeView() on the child's parent first.

This issue #3 seems to have been fixed before , but we’ve recently started encountering it again. Also checked that MRAIDView.closeFromExpanded() hasn’t changed between 2.21.1 and 3.6.2.
