When setting text-decoration-line: underline the property text-underline-offset is available. This property is not available when setting overline or line-through as values for text-decoration-line.

It seems Chromium does some rounding to text decoration thickness. It's not clear to me if that rounds to CSS or device pixels, I assume the later. The spec does say ...
