I’ve recently became interested in starting to power snatch. I would like to eventually be able to do more olympic lifts but the snatch is a little risk for me with my wrist right now. Power snatch - a complex lift as it combines strength, speed, coordination & flexibility. With the power snatch there is a re bend of your knee to pull yourself under the bar (muscle snatch - no re bend of your knee, see previous video). The power position is any where above parallel (hip crease above the knee). Think of actively pulling yourself under & punching the bar up into the sky, this will help your shoulders be more active in the overhead position. #powersnatch #weightlifting #workout #

I’d argue anything from hang is a pretty big weakness for me, as I suck at loading my posterior correctly, and just use my arms.
