Catechism of the Catholic Church, Ascension Edition

The Hevey School (originally l’École Hévey) founded by Mgr. Pierre Hévey, was established to provide a bilingual education for the Franco-American children of Saint Marie’s parish. The Marist brothers were responsible for teaching during a larger portion of the school’s existence. Students learned for example American history, Catechism, history of French Canada and the great literary classics of France.
