Everyone knows, what I do for a living, how much I love to work out, go out, shop, and be on social media! But it also took me a long time to figure out boundaries with my mental health, and change a lot of old habits to get me feeling my best at 41 years old. I spent years trying to put Band-Aids on deep wounds that would never heal, I spent years putting makeup and hair extensions on to cover up the exhaustion I was faced with from choices that didn’t serve me, people that didn’t serve me, tox
