He might be destined to wake up the entire forest one day… but for now, his little squeaks don’t quite live up to the title. In Costa Rica, our team rescues animals like Peque who’ve been injured by uninsulated power cables, dog attacks, or vehicle collisions. Sadly, howler monkeys are among the most common victims we see - but with care and time, they can return to the wild where they belong.
