One of the most flabbergasting locations I’ve ever been too. A massive sand dune literally hundreds of them with the tallest standing over 750ft in the air and then massive mountains all around it. It is truly a natural wonder and worthy of being a national park. I suggest coming in the bridge seasons to avoid the tough heat in this area. Also prepare for the wind as it can be rough.
