On January 3, 2026, Officers arrested 16 drivers on suspicion of DUI. The DUI Saturation Patrols were held within the Southeast Policing District from 6 p.m. to 4 a.m. Drivers charged with a first-time DUI face an average of $13,500 in fines and penalties, as well as a suspended license. The Fresno Police Department will be holding another DUI enforcement operation on January 17, 2026, and a series of DUI enforcement patrols and checkpoints throughout the year to keep our roadways safe.
