Lite Corn Syrup Flavoring Oil Food Coloring Wash, dry, and skewer Apples. In a saucepan bring sugar, water, and corn syrup to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling DO NOT STIR. Use a candy thermometer to reach 300°F (hard crack stage). Once candy reaches 300° remove from heat and stir in food coloring and flavoring (I used cinnamon).

Yes, it is Friday. Jr and I am back with another pecan candy video! Again, I don’t care what you call it, just put it in your mouth and eat it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 1 stick of butter 3 cups of sugar 2.5 cups of heavy whipping cream 2 cans of condensed milk Vanilla or Paste 2 cups of Pecans I cooked it for about an hour and a half, I do not use a thermometer, I eyeball it and look at consistency.
