Churches across Barbados, including St Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church at Jemmotts Lane, St Michael, have commenced their Good Friday services. As part of their long-standing tradition, members of the congregation began their Stations of the Cross procession around 6 a.m., making their way through nearby communities such as Wellington Street and Nelson Street. During the re-enactment of the stages of the cross, worshippers also paused to offer prayers for the areas they passed through. (Video by
