Richmond Public Library to host Lotería event for Hispanic Heritage month

We spent the first weekend of December kicking off the 150 Artists x 150 Years art exhibition at Central Library and it was an absolute blast to celebrate with more than 250 of our closest friends! But, it felt a little bittersweet, too, since this was also the culmination of our year-long 150th Anniversary celebrations at the library.
